Environment Canada issues freezing drizzle advisory for Toronto

Cloudy conditions with occasional snow and patchy freezing drizzle is expected tonight.

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until midnight Thursday night for the area including La Crosse, Winona, Buffalo, Trempealeau, Jackson, and Monroe counties.

The TTC is replacing streetcars with buses along the 506 Carlton and 512 St. Clair routes due to the weather.
