Bangtan Boys to Present Award at Grammys

The news was earlier reported by United States media Variety and later on confirmed by Billboard, sending fans to celebrate on Twitter using the trend #BTSxGrammys immediately.

A source reportedly revealed Suga, J-Hope, Rap Monster, Jin, Jimin, V and Jungkook would present an award during the live show.

BTS, which has seen vast global success in recent years, charmed tens of thousands of Singapore fans last month during their sold-out show at the National Stadium.

It was previously announced that the group's 3rd album 'Love Yourself 轉 - Tear' was nominated this year for the 'Best Recording Package' award, alongside their album production team.

Their competition in the category includes singer-songwriter Mitski and her album Be The Cowboy, and art rock musician St. Vincent and the album Masseduction.

As soon as BTS's attendance on Grammys has been reported, the hashtag "BTXxGRAMMYS" began to trending worldwide. They debuted in 2013, and they are now conquering the music scene all over the globe. Awards for Record Of The Year, Album Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best New Artist and many other categories will be decided on a night filled with electric excitement.

Taylor Swift and Maroon 5 are skipping out on the awards show, which will be hosted by Alicia Keys.

Kendrick Lamar leads the night's nominations with eight nods, swiftly followed by Drake's seven and Brandi Carlile's six.
