The South Korean company already has 146-inch version of The Wall, which Samsung unveiled previous year at the tech show. And rolls back into a bench when you're not watching. The burgeoning resolution is coming to more and more flagship televisions, even if few people will be able to make use of it with actual 8K content.

Try this on for size: at the CES Technology show in Las Vegas recently, Samsung unveiled a massive 219-inch TV. The Backlight Master Drive from Sony's 2016 Z Series TVs bulks the shape out somewhat - while also acknowledging that, sometimes, you just need bigger hardware to get the job truly done.

The Wall TV offers a microLED display, which is the most advanced screen technology in the game.

"The Wall" uses micro-LED technology for a brighter picture than current TV's.

Basically, it's the coolest TV you'll ever watch. That's more than 18 feet.

Could one day, you be the owner of a 219-inch television? MicroLED television is like a stadium Jumbotron for your living room.
