Michy Batshuayi's loan from Chelsea to Valencia is to be terminated early, the LaLiga club's sporting director Mateu Alemany has confirmed.

After becoming a maligned figure last season, the striker was loaned to Borussia Dortmund in January where he scored nine goals in 14 appearances.

Michy Batshuayi's time at Valencia is coming to an end.

However, it appears unlikely that the 25-year-old will remain with the Blues - despite their own frontline concerns - and according to France Football, Monaco are keen to add Batshuayi to their squad.

We are expecting an exit in the next few hours or days'.

"The player knows and we hope to reach a solution soon for the good of all parties".

Everton are reportedly planning a winter approach for Michy Batshuayi, who is scheduled to return from an unsuccessful loan move with Valencia.

Silva should feed very encouraged by Batshuayi's apparent availability, and at such a reasonable price too.

"He is leaving and it's now a matter of negotiation". If you can't even get a shot in on target you are not fit to play in the Primera Liga for Valencia.

It is believed that Crystal Palace, Fulham and former club Marseille are all courting Batshuayi's status, be it loan or permanent.

Chelsea have been linked with a move for Argentina striker Gonzalo Higuain, who thrived under Sarri at Napoli.

Everton have struggled to find a regular striker to impress upfront this term with both Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Cenk Tosun struggling to score goals on a regular basis.
