Jurgen Klopp apologised for his exuberant celebrations after racing onto the pitch following Divock Origi's dramatic late victor.

Divock Origi's fortuitous 96th minute victor against fierce rivals Everton ensured that the two-point gap between Jurgen Klopp's troops and Cityzenswas restored.Although the result appeared harsh on Marco Silva's side, Liverpool, at the end of the day, showed that they can grind three points out of a fixture - an ingredient present in champion teams.

Fabinho played over 230 times for Monaco before joining Liverpool ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.

"It's important for us to stay in the game". It's massive for us.

Jurgen Klopp's wild, confused run onto the Anfield pitch in the aftermath of Divock Origi's hilarious victor against Everton has earned him a fine - the FA have today fined Klopp £8,000 and "warned about his future behaviour".

Alexander-Arnold added: "It's something you dream of".

Marco Silva says he is proud of his players' performance in today's cruel derby defeat and admits that Everton did not deserve to lose what was a very even match. "I think we deserved the three points".

At 20, Trent Alexander-Arnold is one of the best emerging talents in England, if not in Europe.

"But in that moment it was very special and it happened". He was surprised! It was the last situation of the game. We only wanted to win that game.

"We've done it again and it's a credit to Divock that he's not given it up".

"I think he didn't expect [the result]".

The Anfield boss has accepted a Football Association charge of misconduct after he ran to the centre circle in the aftermath of Divock Origi's 96th-minute goal which secured a 1-0 victory. It's not the first time we have been there.

"Derbies are always hard but it was a completely different hard to the last few years".

"You look forward to these moments and hope that one day you'll be able to play in fixtures like this and do the things that I've done. Without them it wouldn't have been possible".
