We've already talked about folding phones from Samsung today, so we'll ignore that for now. We imagine this might be in anticipation of an imminent announcement, believed to take place during Samsungs 2018 Developers Conference scheduled to take place on November 7-8.

That's Samsung's new Facebook profile picture, which is a pretty clear reference to a bendy phone. We neither have a confirmed name of the phone but a report from GizmoChina reveals that it may be called the Galaxy F. The letter F could probably mean foldable. Apparently, Samsung has told a few Korean media outlets that it will unveil the phone's UX at the event.

"Unlike our flagship products, the foldable phone is a completely new concept in terms of design and user experience, which requires a different approach", said a Samsung official who declined to be identified as details of the phone were not yet public. However, there are reports that Huawei is aiming to beat Samsung here by delivering its foldable phone first.

Samsung recently filed a trademark for the Samsung Infinity brand and now more trademarks under this brand have been discovered. Unfolded, the display size is 7.8-inches, with a 4:3 aspect ratio.

The FlexPai has a flexible display that can be folded onto itself from 0- to 180-degrees and can be used either folded or unfolded. The phone will reportedly come with 512GB of internal storage, dual-SIM capability, and a silver colour option.

There have been teasers from all the large smartphone manufacturers, notably LG and Samsung, that this is something they are working on. This shows a possibility that the phone will be made available on global markets. The paper specifically mentions mobile gaming as a key focus.
