Samsung W2019 price, specifications, features, comparison

Camera-wise, the W2019 is equipped with a dual rear camera setup that is similar to Galaxy Note 9. Dubbed as W2019 it's an upgrade to the last year's W2018 device and manages to put nearly every smartphone to shame.

Samsung has been launching its flagship clam-shell phones for a while now, even though these are exclusively available in China. It is expected to be priced above CNY 10,000 (approximately Rs 1,04,450). The South Korean major is yet to confirm the price of the smartphone, but we do know that it will be exclusive to China Unicom.

Unlike older flip phones, Samsung's new W2019 flip phones comes with premium design and flagship-level specifications. Samsung has launched the W2019 in two colours - Rose Gold and Platinum and both the colour variants of the phone are available for pre-orders now. It also features two 4.2-inch Full HD Super AMOLED displays and up to 256GB of internal storage.

The handset offers a glass body with its front, back and inside made up of glass. Features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 960fps super slow-motion recording, and dual-SIM support. The W2019 clamshell phone comes with 6GB RAM, 128GB/256GB internal storage as well as expandable storage through a microSD slot. The W2019 runs Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box that has Samsung's own UI on top of it. Unlike the W2018, the W2019 features a dual camera system on the back. There's a primary 12-megapixel sensor that can switch between F1.5 and F2.4 aperture and a secondary 12MP telephoto sensor for Live Focus and 2x optical zoom shots. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
