New Toy 'Forky' Causes Total Chaos in First Toy Story 4 Trailer

Disney has released the first Toy Story 4 teaser trailer and poster, offering a first look at the highly anticipated and long-in-the-works sequel. The 1.5-minute clip shows the toys moving peacefully in a circle until the new entrant, Forky, proclaims that he does not belong there, causing them all to fall down.

The official trailer for Disney's Toy Story 4 has arrived and all our favorites are back including Woody and Buzz Lightyear.

Toy Story 4 is due out on June 21, 2019.

Due next summer, the first teaser trailer for the movie has landed with familiar faces, but also a new one. What we do get is a new look at Pixar's most iconic characters, which we haven't seen since 2010's Toy Story 3.

Many fans have taken to Twitter to express their fascination with Forky, a googly-eyed plastic spork with red pipe cleaners for arms. A toy's objective is to be there for its child. Toy Story 3, which concluded Andy's presence in the Toy Story narrative, inspired a new beginning for director Josh Cooley.

The script for the film originally followed Woody and Buzz on a quest to find Woody's love Bo Peep. A toy's goal is to be there for its child. but what about toys that are made out of other objects?

In any case, this is merely the beginning of what promises to be a massive marketing campaign for Toy Story 4.

Although the character is named Forky it is clearly a homemade craft project made from a spork but what does it mean? A toy's objective is to be there for its child.

Joining Tony Hale in the upcoming film are returning cast members Tim Allen, Tom Hanks, Annie Potts, Patricia Arquette and Joan Cusack.
