After the cinematic ended, Jeff Kaplan alluded Echo as a possible new character in the future but in the end, it was the white-haired outlaw Ashe that got the honors.

She's the leader of the Deadlock Gang, a group of rowdy desert dwellers who pull off huge heists.

In addition to the levitating Snowball and the Genji Sword, Overwatch's heroes and environments have been adapted into LEGO form.

The leader of the Deadlock Rebels, Ashe was first revealed (but not officially as a new hero) as part of McCree's animated short, Reunion.

It had been rumoured that the new Overwatch character - hero 29 - was going to be the Junker Queen.

In true Blizzard fashion, Miss Elizabeth Caledonia Ashe premiered in an all-new cinematic trailer called "Reunion" that follows the suave cowboy McCree. And when aiming down the sight, Ashe can deal even more damage with a more precise shot.

Coach Gun: Ashe blasts enemies in front of her, knocking them away and propelling herself backward for added mobility.

"Ashe throws an explosive that detonates after a short delay or immediately when shot".

"And Ashe is not alone, as she can call on her omnic ally B.O.B., to join the fray when the need arises".

More Overwatch announcements are expected during the rest of BlizzCon this weekend. Let's hope that Bob, Ashe's robo sidekick summoned by her ultimate, gets to play dress-up for real.
