Canelo Alvarez says he's sick of watching Floyd Mayweather try to make fights that hurt the sport of boxing - like Conor and Khabib - and says if he really wants a challenge, LET'S REMATCH!

Nurmagomedov called out Mayweather after defeating Conor McGregor in their controversial UFC fight in Las Vegas that ended in mayhem as Nurmagomedov jumped out of the Octagon to fight a member of the Irishman's entourage.

When asked if the potential bout with the also undefeated Nurmagomedov would be a boxing or mixed martial arts contest, Mayweather was candid with his response.

"I'm Floyd Mayweather. I'm the A-side, you call me out you come into my world". He knocked out England's very own Ricky Hatton in devastating fashion but I don't see it. So, I can't say what's going on on Khabib's end.

"When I face Khabib, of course I am getting a nine-figure payday", he said. Nurmagomedov is now suspended by the Nevada Athletic Commission (NSAC) for his actions following his fight with Conor McGregor at UFC 229. "It could be somewhere upwards of $110 (million) to $200 million guaranteed".

Nurmagomedov (27-0) defended his lightweight championship against McGregor at UFC 229 on October 6 in Las Vegas.

McGregor lasted 10 rounds, but Mayweather ultimately maintained his flawless record and the retired boxing star has now turned his attention to Nurmagomedov. He said I didn't knock him down. [But] in the jungle there is only one king.

Mayweather won that fight by TKO in the 10th round.

"Not just in the ring, but outside the ring also - you must conduct yourself like a professional". Of course, I am the king because he can not drop McGregor but I drop him easily.

The same will obviously be true for Nurmagomedov, who is a skilled grappler and possesses what might be the best ground game in the UFC.

Whether Khabib could convince his bosses at the UFC to allow him to compete - would be another question entirely.

"I'm Floyd Mayweather", he said. "What is he doing, man", he told UFC writer Ariel Helwani. "He's going to get beat so bad he is going to start wrestling".

"He's insane. He is going to start wrestling".

Mayweather quickly responded to the challenge on Twitter, which caused bookmakers to set lines for a potential boxing match.
