Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting their first baby, Kensington Palace has confirmed. The baby, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's first child, will be seventh in line to the throne.

While Prince George and Princess Charlotte have captured the hearts of many around the world for years now (five and three respectively, to be exact), there are several other royal children who you might not know so well.

Prime Minister Theresa May was among those to congratulate the couple, writing on Twitter: "My warmest congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the happy news they are expecting a baby in the spring".

Meanwhile The Express reported Betfair spokeswoman Katie Baylis as saying: "Meghan's loose coat at Princess Eugenie's wedding on Friday led to speculation that an announcement was imminent and now that we have it, the Royal Baby name game starts".

The tour is considered significant for the royal couple, who have spoken of their desire to promote humanitarian causes across the Commonwealth.

The tour is taking the couple to Australia, Fiji, Tonga, and New Zealand, and will end on October 31.
