All eyes are on the Duchess of Sussex as she travels around Australia on a 16-day autumn tour with her husband, Prince Harry.

During a visit to Bondi Beach she told mum-to-be Charlotte Connell about the struggles she has been facing during the early months of her pregnancy. She said she was up up at 4.30am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep.

Harry, who has said he sought counseling in his late twenties to deal with the grief of losing his mother Diana, served in the British Army and campaigns to provide mental health help for soldiers who need it.

The couple met a community surfing group called OneWave, which raises awareness of mental health, before going for a walk along the sand.

"Woah, I was not expecting that", she then said.

Prince Harry is A-OK when fans give his wife, Meghan Markle, a teddy bear or a single rose, but he isn't afraid to step in when someone crosses the line.

Harry and Meghan already have a tight schedule for their royal tour with The Invictus Games kicking off this weekend and the pair set to embark on a trip to Fiji next week.

Thereafter they spent time with the National Rugby League's In League In Harmony programme - which focuses on building a positive sense of self, setting goals, appreciating diversity, developing communication skills and work with others to achieve common goals.

"The Fox FM team were situated at every location during their Melbourne visit and it was a massive collaborative effort to catch Harry & Meghan at every stop", Digital Content Lead Bree Gashparac said, "it's a shame we weren't credited by some news outlets and other fan pages, but we are so happy we were able to share that handsome moment with the world".
