The Huawei Mate 20X is a behemoth of a smartphone which is oriented towards mobile gamers. the device boasts a bigger 7.21-inch OLED display which comes with an optional stylus.

There's support for expandable storage even if with a twist, as this is the world's first smartphone to support nano-SD cards, if that's the name we'll eventually go with.

But while Huawei have been known for premium smartphones at a mid-tier price, their latest offering can't be considered anything but a premium price as Huawei look to see if consumers will pay and shift their loyalty from traditional powerhouses like Apple and Samsung. This time it is launching its smartphone with the latest Android 9 in partnership with Google. In all honesty, the smartphone is extremely feature-rich and comes with specifications that are super advanced and futuristic. The front camera is listed at 24-megapixel, so I'm assuming selfies are important to this phone. Alongside that are the components that enable the 3D Face Unlock, 3D Live Emoji, and 3D object scanning.

In case you were wondering, the Mate 20 RS does in fact have an in-screen fingerprint sensor, just like the Mate 10 RS. Whether or not you like the notch, this trend is here to stay. The major difference between the Mate 20 and the Mate 20 Pro is the waterdrop notch found on the marginally lower-end model.

Top worldwide tech enthusiasts, as well as celebrities attended the global launch of Mate20 Pro, along with the new face of the Huawei series, Danish singer Christopher Nissen. And the company has upped its game with the Mate 20 series.

This handset too gets the triple-camera system, however, it features a 16MP ultra wide-angle 17mm sensor with a F/2.2 aperture, a 12MP wide-angle 27mm sensor with F/1.8 aperture and an 8MP 2X telephoto 52mm sensor with OIS and F2.4 aperture. The Mate 20 will have a suggested retail price of €799 while the Mate 20 Pro will cost €849. This is sure to be one of the best selfie camera smartphones to choose from. This means that you can capture pictures with wider views and angles.

The Mate 20 Pro will come standard with 128GB of RAM and will be priced at €1,049 in the United Kingdom.

The Mate 20 Pro features a 6.39-inch OLED display (3120 x 1440) with a tall 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 980 7nm SoC with dual AI processor. The phone has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB internal storage. The chipset is smaller but despite the smaller size, Huawei says the chips are faster than ever with the ability to recognize 4,500 images per minute. Then theres the charging – 40W wired SuperCharge and 15W wireless charging to fill the 4,200mAh battery. Huawei Mate 20 Pro packed with Non-removable Li-Po 4200 mAh battery under the hood.

And if you're wondering if this battery fast charges, yes it does. It's also much more expensive, starting at €1,695.
