If you're an Android mobile user and have been waiting patiently for your chance to try out Fortnite, now's your chance!

Sensor Tower estimated the Android version of "Fortnite" has grossed $60 million since its August launch. So far, Fortnite's Android beta has only been available on an invitational basis. Any doubts? You can also check if the phone is compatible to play Fortnite or not on the Epic Games website.

Epic Games have done something that most other game developers have not had the courage, nor the capacity to do: distribute their game outside of the Google Play Store.

As long as you have a Google Pixel, Razer Phone, or any of the other compatible devices officially supported by Epic, Fortnite will run without any issues.

An infamous launcher is once again being removed from Fortnite: Battle Royale-but not permanently.

"For Fortnite, we recommend Android 8.0 or later".

This is mainly down to the performance of the game on versions of Android lower than 8.0. Those with compatible devices can now download the popular battle royale title for free.

The next step is downloading and installing Fortnite on your system using the game client.

Epic later confirmed that the game will be available on non-Samsung smartphones running Android. The battle royal game surpassed the likes of Clash Royale, Honor of Kings, and Knives Out when it comes to their first-200-day revenue. That in mind, Epic Games' servers are about to expand with a much broader userbase. The installer enables updates and patches and right now, your game will need a lot of them.
