Cleveland Cavaliers tickets after LeBron James left for the Lakers

Getting a ticket to watch LeBron suit up for the purple and gold, however, is a different story: the average price to attend LeBron's first home game in Los Angeles was $526.73, the Los Angeles Times reported October 19.

The Cleveland Cavaliers going 0-5 to start the year is still hard to believe, considering the team isn't quite as talent-deprived as it was back when the first time LeBron James left, as we've mentioned throughout the last few months.

The Pistons scored the first six points of the game before the Cavaliers scored the next 11.

A 40-point third quarter helped it erase a 16-point halftime deficit. The Cavaliers cut Detroit's lead to six points at 61-55 on a Tristan Thompson layup, but Drummond and Co. led by as many as 16 in the quarter and held a 12-point edge at the start of the fourth.

Kyle Kuzma scored 22 points and JaVale McGee added 21 to complement James' 74th career triple-double, his first with his new team.

Ross kept the Magic within striking distance with 12 points on 5-for-7 shooting.

James got Staples Center rocking on a go-ahead dunk with 3:31 to play before Lonzo Ball made an artful step-back 3-pointer. Neither franchise has high hopes for the season, but it's still early, and the contest was only Cleveland's second at home.

Marcus Morris added 21 points, Al Horford scored 19 and Kyrie Irving had 15 for the Celtics.

Power forward Jayson Tatum topped the scoring with 24 points while Paul George contributed 22 points for the Thunder, but shot just seven of 22. Totals 41-89 13-15 103.

Not as far as the winless Cleveland Cavaliers, however.

The point guard notched 34 of his 41 points after halftime in a record haul for a Trail Blazers' player against Orlando. It's a matter of one, two, three stops, that's it, and we just haven't done it yet. After going 0 of 11 from long range before halftime, Boston canned 11 of 20 3-point attempts in the second half of a 101-95 victory.
