Nothing expected to be severe at this time as we plan on seeing around a half an inch of rainfall.

Sun: High: 78 Low: 55 Becoming partly cloudy; windy.

"Temperatures will be warmer than we saw on Monday, but still fairly cool given the cloud cover", forecasters said.

The bi-state area can expect isolated showers and thunderstorms Tuesday into the evening, with many areas expecting no rain at all. Slight shower chance late. Afternoon highs will work into the lower 70s.

With the possibility of storms and strong wind gusts in the forecast, the weather service issued a hazardous weather outlook for Wednesday as well. Although a few showers may skirt across northern Kansas, rain chances are very low.

Ending out the week on Friday and Saturday looks to be more like fall weather, especially with lower humidity on Saturday! Lows will be in the mid 50s.

A cool front is out to our west right now, bringing in the cooler air on Wednesday, but first we've got some rains and possible severe weather to get through today.
