A report by MySmartPrice contains several leaked images of the Google Home Hub and screenshots of product specifications revealing key design and specifications details. It is very similar to the Amazon Echo Show, but Google's services will be the main feature of the device.

"The number of smart speaker models available worldwide has grown significantly over the last 12 months as vendors look to capitalize on the explosive market growth", said David Mercer, vice president at Strategy Analytics.

The display is 7-inches in size with thick bezels around it.

The Google Home Hub will display relevant information such as weather, traffic, date and time.

Google Home Hub Features A 7-inch Touch Display; Comes With Google Assistant

Google's current smart speaker line-up includes the Google Home, budget Home Mini and the Home Max. Obviously, this is a product following after the smart displays offered by Amazon, which already have a considerable head start. Interestingly, the Home Hub lacks a webcam, suggesting Google doesn't see it being used for Google Duo calls.

If you've been satisfied by what the Google Assistant smart speakers have achieved thus far, then your interest may be piqued by what's in store with the Assistant-powered Lenovo Smart Display. Additionally, while these images of the Home Hub show off the device in Google's chalk colorway, the listing found by MySmartDisplay also lists a charcoal color option, which we can confirm exists.

If the pricing leak is true, the Google Home Hub will be cheaper than the Lenovo Smart Display and JBL Link View which cost $200 (roughly Rs. 14,500) and $250 (roughly Rs. 18,100) respectively. If true, this might mean that Google's own Smart Display could have functionality not found on third-party hardware. It can access Google Photos via voice commands, and the Live Albums feature allows users to see these photos in a slide-show format.

The homescreen in the picture seems to be centred around the Google Assistant cards for your account.
