Browns signing former Dolphins kicker Greg Joseph, report says

Joseph has never attempted a kick in the National Football League after going undrafted and released by the Miami Dolphins in training camp.

Joseph was selected from a field that included veterans Blair Walsh and Cairo Santos. I can't blame it on [anybody] else. Schefter reports that the Browns could reach an injury settlement with Gonzalez or put him on waivers, with an injury.
