Much of the Homecoming cast is expected to return for Spider-Man: Far From Home, including Holland, Zendaya, Marisa Tomei, Michael Keaton, Jacob Batalon, and Tony Revolori. Let us know down below! He'd been cast in Marvel Studios' upcoming Spider-Man: Far From Home, and in a random Instagram post, he used hashtags that included the names of Cobie Smulders and Samuel L. Jackson, which seemed to hint at the duo's involvement in the movie...but it was far from a confirmation.

Incredibly, you'd be wrong: though we've long known that Tom Holland would be returning as Peter Parker in next year's Spider-Man: Far From Home, it now turns out that both Smulders and Jackson will also be reprising their MCU roles in Jon Watts' film. The character will be played by Oscar victor Brie Larson in future Marvel films, and has been rumoured to be the one who will take over as the leader of the Avengers post Phase IV. The film will see Peter Parker leave NY, heading to London in a film that will reflect the global aftermath of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4.

Looks like Samuel L. Jackson isn't finished with the Marvel Cinematic Universe just yet. He was already set to appear in Captain Marvel as a younger version of Nick Fury (the film is set in the 1990s), and now that we know he's back for Far From Home we can also hazard a guess that we'll see some form of resurrection for him during the still-untitled Infinity War sequel. He also included Jake Gyllenhaal as a hashtag as well, seemingly confirming his reported role as the villain Mysterio, but that's something that has yet to be officially announced. Given the state that we saw the two in at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, I'd say their roles in Spider-Man: Far From Home are a step up.
