The White House has no way of knowing how many tapes Manigault Newman might have, the official said, even as they explore legal avenues for preventing their release and punishing her for making them.

"It's interesting that he's trying to silence me". She also declined to discuss details of her interview with special counsel Robert Mueller's office, which she confirmed in a separate interview Tuesday. "White House", he said.

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is expected to speak at 2:30 p.m. ET.

The watershed moment came, it appears, in the months after Trump appointed Gen. John Kelly as his chief of staff.

In a way, it was.

Trump in recent days has taken to insulting Manigault Newman's appearance and sanity both verbally and via Twitter.

He quickly realized her particular brand of mischief-making narcissism was a ratings bonanza. That's possible, considering her reputation as a reality show villain on "The Apprentice". When Gen. Kelly came on board he told me she was a loser & nothing but problems.

Omarosa Manigault-Newman made a few (more) stunning claims Tuesday in her continued President Trump-bashing media blitz. In her, Trump saw a reflection of himself. "It sounds like she's writing a script for a movie", she insisted. But Manigault Newman said he "probably instructed General Kelly to do it".

During the interview, Tur asked Manigault Newman if Trump was aware ahead of time that WikiLeaks was going to release a trove of hacked emails from Hillary Clinton's campaign in the summer of 2016.

On Twitter, Trump has compared other people to dogs in the past but rarely called them dogs.

"Based upon her conflicting accounts and the newfound should be abundantly clear to everyone that not only is her book a complete work of fiction, but that the existence of this elusive "N-word" tape is a figment of her imagination and merely a destructive took of manipulation applied on when it best serves her interests", Patton said in her statement.

He gave her license and invited her into the sacred space of the Oval Office.

The president has hurled one insult after another at his onetime protegee.

But then again, maybe that is why his campaign team got her to sign a confidentiality agreement in the first place.

"You said that, I didn't", she answered.

Harder has represented both the president and Melania Trump, winning damages and an apology for the first lady in 2017 after settling a defamation lawsuit against United Kingdom -based tabloid The Daily Mail, which published an article that said the first lady worked for an escort service, CNBC reported.

At her Tuesday briefing, Sanders would not utter her former colleague's name, referring to Manigault Newman only as "this individual".

Back in 2013, he called popular American artist Mac Miller an "ungrateful dog" following the release of his single "Donald Trump".

She added: "This is his pattern with African-Americans".

"The fact that she turned out to be as nefarious and vicious as Trump infuriates him".

Manigault-Newman did not identify the person who allegedly played the recording for her, but at least three longtime Trump aides told The Huffington Post that she told them that it was Troy McClain, a former "Apprentice" contestant. They create drama, hold news cycles hostage and dribble out tantalizing nuggets.

He said Manigault Newman had called him "a true Champion of Civil Rights" - until she was sacked.

She could not guarantee that there is no tape of Trump using the "n-word", but that she never heard it.
