Honor Note 10 is official with huge screen and battery

Today, Huawei's sub-brand Honor has introduced the Honor Note 10.

Additionally, the Huawei Honor Note 10 features a Turbo mode, which can be enabled using a dedicated physical "Turbo" button on the device.

We have already seen the GPU Turbo feature that launched with the Honor Play but this time, the company announced the CPU Turbo as well.

Honor Note 10 specifications The Honor Note 10 features a 6.9-inch AMOLED screen of full HD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels with 18:9 aspect ratio. The Kirin 970 is an octa-core chipset with four cores running at 2.4 GHz and the other four at 1.8 GHz. According to the company, the GPU Turbo increase the GPU performance by 60% and decreases the battery consumption by 30%.

To help tame the heat produce from the GPU turbo, the phone includes a "PC level liquid cooling system" called "THE NINE", the tech involves using a liquid cooling tube similar to the MacBook Air and can enhance heat dissipation capacity by 41% and reduce the maximum CPU temperature by up to 10 degrees Celsius. The phone comes in two storage options: 64GB and 128GB. With such a large battery, the device also supports 5V/4.5A (22.5W) Huawei's Super Charge technology. Crafted with perfection, the phone is built with 12 layers of premium glass rear design which allows it to have a smooth, mirror like finish, thus, giving it a very glossy and premium look. It also has a 24MP + 16MP dual rear cameras and another 24MP selfie camera in front. On the front, there is a 13MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. The phone also features a fingerprint sensor at the back for biometric security. This is why liquid cooling present in the Honor Note 10 makes it a suitable handset for mobile gaming as there would be no issues related to overheating. It has dual speakers and Dolby Atmos audio experience. The phone has support for 4G VoLTE, 802.11ac dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, NFC, GPS.

The phone comes with Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with EMUI 8.2 on top and it's powered by a massive 5,000 mAh battery with the support of Fast Charging.

The Honor Note 10 will be available in two colour options- Midnight Black and Phantom Blue.

As for the pricing, the Honor Note 10 costs RMB 2,799 (~Rs 28,000) for its base 4GB RAM variant, followed by RMB 3,199 (~Rs 32,000) for the 6GB RAM version. Launched at a starting price of Rs. 11,999, the new Honor 9N handset will be made available in 3 variants- 32GB, 64GB and 128GB.
