"Everybody knows what I have said after the World Cup".

But Hazard is pining for a place in the team from the start and he believes his impact as a substitute against Huddersfield and now Arsenal underlines his case.

The visitors were guilty of several other glaring misses before Alonso stole all three points with just under 10 minutes remaining, preserving Maurizio Sarri's flawless start to his Chelsea tenure. Clubs can still sell players, but not sign new ones anymore.

Morata's fourth goal in 2018 was another positive for Chelsea, but Sarri believes there is more to come from the Spain worldwide.

"Many things have been said".

Chelsea midfielder, Mateo Kovacic has revealed how manager Maurizio Sarri influenced his decision to join the club this summer.

However, after failing to make any kind of impact against City in their Premier League opener, the 29-year-old once again asked very little questions and was taken off after just 65 minutes.

'I think it was a bit of a insane game, which is usual in the Premier League.

"Not in this moment", said Sarri, who bemoaned a "horrible" final 15 minutes of the first-half that saw Chelsea throw away their advantage.

"I am happy because of victory, the most important is that team played good", Kovacic told Sport Klub TV.

After 15 games and more than 1000 minutes, Kane finally scored a top-flight goal in August to seal Tottenham's 3-1 win over Fulham at Wembley Stadium.

Sarri, however, ruled out talk of his side challenging for the Premier League title despite moving top of the table. I think it's better.

"But we need to continue and press and press and press in the other half. I'm fine here. We'll see what happens in a year or two". I'm pretty sure that in the next games we'll have better results and play better football.

And, while frustrated at being left out of the starting XI, Hazard has bought into the methods of new boss Sarri, who arrived from Napoli to replace Antonio Conte ahead of the 2018-19 season. "It's better for me".
