It seems likely that Diablo 4 is one of their long-term goals for the franchise, and we know the developer is teaming up with Titan Comics to produce a comic miniseries later this year.

Diablo's Community Manager Brandy Camel has taken to the airwaves with news that is sure to twitterpate even the most jaded Diablo fan: There are MULTIPLE Diablo projects in the works, though some will take longer than others to complete.

Keep a note: November will welcome the annual Blizzcon event, and we couldn't think of a better time for the "later this year" to come into action. But today Blizzard has announced it has "multiple Diablo projects in the works".

She went on to say some of the projects will take a bit longer than others.

What could these projects be? One of them, we believe, is Diablo III Switch.

Diablo III first launched back in 2012 for the PC, before it headed over to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2013.

Blizzard has learned oh-so-much about monetization since Diablo III launched, and we should see a more thorough and well thought-out plan with Diablo IV.
