Offset was arrested in Georgia on Friday (July 20) after cops allegedly discovered at least one weapon on him during a vehicle search.

The "Walk It Talk It" rapper reportedly was pulled over by police just outside of Atlanta for having tinted windows. It was during a search of the auto that authorities reportedly found the firearm. He was also charged with possession of marijuana (one ounce or less) and an improper lane change.

This story is still developing.

A few nights ago, Offset's wife Cardi B reacted to Hollywood superstar Will Smith celebrating the birth of their newborn daughter Kulture Kiara.

Offset, 26, whose given name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was with his bodyguard, Senay Gezahgn.

Offset married Cardi a secret ceremony last fall. The arrest is a violation for Offset, who is a convicted felon now on probation.

It has previously been reported that Offset had been serving five years of probation in relation to a 2015 arrest on drugs and weapons charges but Offset's lawyer, Drew Findling, told the Journal-Constitution that Offset received an early termination of that probation.

He was then released after posting $17,000 bail and appearing in front of a judge at an Atlanta courthouse on Saturday morning, according to the site. Cardi B was not in the vehicle when the arrest took place.
