Jenner, who officially surpassed older sister Kim Kardashian West as the most profitable member of the family, turned her idea to launch lip kits into a $900 million business in the span of two years. While it is true her cosmetics company, Kylie Cosmetics, is worth multimillions, netizens do not agree that the term "self-made" applies to Jenner.

Whether you're a Kylie Jenner fan or not, you can't deny that her recent Forbes cover as a self-made billionaire is a pretty damn good accomplishment. "Social media is an unbelievable platform", she says in the Forbes cover story.

"Basically, all Jenner does to make all that money is leverage her social media following", Robehmed wrote. I learned a lot though and just have experienced things that people my age do not even know how to handle. "Her story is not inspiring or motivating for anyone". The 20-year-old reached the milestone by starting her Kylie Cosmetics line that boomed into mega success and will now most likely be passed down to her daughter, Stormi.
