Janhvi Kapoor-Ishaan Khatter's film dominates box office

Janhvi Kapoor, who made her Bollywood debut with recently released movie Dhadak, said that the audiences' "overwhelming" response post release, is the "biggest compliment" she has received for the film, news agency IANS reported. There was a lot of buzz around the film ever since its inception. The wait to watch Ishaan and Janhvi on the big screen is over and they are already receiving love from all over for their portayal of Madhukar and Parthavi in the film.

Dhadak, which marks the much-awaited Bollywood foray of Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter, registered a huge second day collection of Rs 11.04 crore.

Dhadak started witnessing good occupancy towards the evening shows, an ended the day 1 on a happy note.

Dhadak is directed by Shashank Khaitan and produced under Karan Johar's home banner Dharma Productions. Friday: ₹ 8.71 crore, Saturday: ₹ 11.04 crore.
