The visual cornerstone of the anti-Trump protests on Friday - which include several organized marches by varying groups - is a giant balloon depicting the US leader as an angry, screaming orange baby in a diaper, clutching a cell phone with Twitter on the screen.

Britain would leave the EU's single market and customs union as planned, to end free movement of people and sign its own non-EU trade deals.

May hosts Trump on Thursday for a black-tie dinner with business leaders at Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Second World War prime minister Winston Churchill, and on Friday, the pair will visit a defence site before travelling to the prime minister's Chequers country residence for talks followed by a press conference.

"We are committed to dialogue, including of course with those we strongly disagree with, and in government, we would find a way to work with his administration while also standing up for our values", he said, according to BBC News.

Speaking to reporters in Belgium after a fiery Nato Summit, Mr Trump had described the United Kingdom as a "hot spot right now with a lot of resignations" and dismissed the Prime Minister's Chequers plan on the next stage of Brexit.

The controversy will shadow the president across Britain on Friday much like the 20-foot (6-meter) tall balloon depicting Trump as an angry baby that was inflated in London early Friday and will be airborne for his visit.

"Melania has seen photos of the Trump baby blimp, and she doesn't find it amusing in the slightest, she thinks it's mortifying", a source close to the first lady tells HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY.

Trump claimed member nations had agreed to boost their defense budgets significantly and reaffirmed - after days of griping that the United States was being taken advantage of by its allies - that the U.S. remains faithful to the accord.

Mr Trump also said he was "cracking down" on the European Union as "they have not treated the United States fairly on trading".

The largest demonstration is expected in central London on Friday where a giant "Trump baby" balloon will fly close to Parliament after being given the go-ahead by London mayor Sadiq Khan. -British trade deal was probably dead sapped demand for the pound. As of Thursday morning, more than 1,900 people had contributed to a crowdfunding campaign for the balloon, raising more than £30,000 (nearly $40,000).

More recently, in February, Trump once again tried but failed to make hand-to-hand contact with his wife as they departed the White House for a trip to Ohio.

He added: "If the EU do not offer the USA a better deal on trade, the United States will do something about European cars being imported at a very low tariff". On Friday, protesters flew a blimp depicting the USA president as an orange, snarling baby just outside the British parliament.

Last year, activists began circulating a petition to block a state visit from Trump that eventually made its way to the floor of Parliament.

She added it was "also an opportunity to tear down the bureaucratic barriers that frustrate business leaders on both sides of the Atlantic".

President Donald Trump has said British Prime Minister Theresa May's proposed Brexit plan will "probably kill" off any chance of a UK-US trade deal.

As well as in London, protests are expected to take place in Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds, Cambridge and Cardiff after Trump arrives here on Thursday.

He is due to leave on Sunday for talks in Helsinki the following day with Russian President Vladimir Putin, whose government May has accused of unleashing a lethal nerve agent in the city of Salisbury. He will spend the weekend at one of his golf resorts in Scotland.
