Manchester United are confident of completing the signing of Chelsea forward Willian following Brazil's World Cup exit, reports the Sun on Sunday.

"Well, they are excellent players with a lot of quality".

These two players need someone according to the report who can deliver the ball quickly into the center of the pitch from the wing so they can do their thing.

"People speculate a lot".

The Brazilian has returned home after Brazil's exit from the World Cup in Russian Federation, and talks over his future may speed up now his involvement in the tournament is over.

"I have seen some speculation about Barcelona on the Internet, but this isn't the time to talk about that", he said at a press conference with the Brazil team.

"I have not received any information that this is true".

The offer has come after the departure of Andres Iniesta, and the club are looking for a player like Willian who is able to link up with Coutinho up top.

Willian's departure would surely annoy Chelsea fans, as the Brazilian is one of the most liked performers in the squad.

But United have the last say here, and it is also reported that they aren't very keen to lose the talented youngster just yet.

United manager Jose Mourinho has made Willian his primary transfer target this summer and is locked in battle with Barcelona to secure his signature.

Part of the problem for Hazard, and the rest of those is Stamford Bridge, is the uncertainty which continues to shroud the managerial situation in west London.
