McGregor wrote on Instagram via MMAfighting: "Made it to number four on the Forbes list this year, if I had of fought on the agreed May 12 bout in Rio de Janeiro, I would have surpassed (Cristiano) Ronaldo and (Lionel) Messi to take second place".

One hardly could blame Rafael dos Anjos if he's a little unnerved about where he fits in welterweight champion Tyron Woodley's apparent personal pecking order. However, McGregor said something camp up that scuttled his fight against Rafael dos Anjos for the interim welterweight title.

"What I can say, there are people in the entertainment business, whether it's WWE, whether it's Marvel, or the UFC, that people love to hate", Waterson explained when speaking to FloCombat ahead of her return to the broadcast desk on FOX for UFC 225. "I've been in the UFC for 10 years this year - it's been a long journey, a lot of fights".

This is the first time an official source had confirmed about this proposed fight and it was popularly assumed that Conor was to fight the undefeated Khabib Nurmagomedov next. I was told Tyron wants to fight in July or August with Georges St-Pierre, Conor McGregor or Nate Diaz. "And I'm sure I'm going to win, and I'll fight (Woodley) later on". I have no doubts in my mind.

So, this would mean the victor would jump right back into camp, if, the UFC wanted to move forward with a title unification bout for August 4th. "Chaos" has discussed everything from hoping a win on Saturday night nets him a meeting with President Donald Trump to calling out National Basketball Association superstars like Kevin Durant and Steph Curry, who have turned down offers to travel to the White House. And then it's time to go up to 185, and I want that belt.

Initially McGregor and dos Anjos were scheduled to face off against each other at UFC 196 in March of 2016. The bout was Covington's first opportunity at a UFC title, and RDA's chance to become a two division champion, as he formerly held the UFC Lightweight title.

Unfortunately, RDA suffered a foot injury and was forced to pull out of the fight.

"I'm not really concerned with who's ready, who's next", Woodley said.
