President Donald Trump also weighed in.

"There was no hidden message". Let us know on Twitter. On Wednesday, Trump made a rare retreat, signing an executive order that he said would end family separations as Congress prepared to consider legislation that would force a halt to the policy.

Mrs Trump's husband credited her and his daughter Ivanka for persuading him to end the separation of children from parents who had entered the U.S. illegally.

However, he made a U-turn yesterday under mounting pressure and when signing the order, Trump said he did it because he "didn't like the sight or the feeling of families being separated". Instead, Trump's mission has been to demonstrate - through her fashion or her disappearance from the public eye - that she refuses to do what is expected of her. In May, Trump unveiled her "Be Best" platform, which outlined three predominant avenues of focus: health and well being; kindness and safety online; and highlighting the effects of the opioid crisis on children and families.
