According to Langley RCMP, the incident took place at the location in the 20200-block of Douglas Cr. on Monday evening.

Although no audio is available, footage from LiveLeak shows the woman extremely animated as she argues with a Tim Hortons restaurant employee concerning what was later revealed to be a toilet issue. There is no sound on the video.

The woman then pulls down her trousers and defecates on the floor before scooping it up and throwing it. As the New York Post noted, she also wiped her backside with a wad of paper and then threw that at employees as well.

Langley RCMP Corp. Holly Largy confirmed that the RCMP received a complaint.

Officers "briefly detained" but released her after she promised to appear in court.

"In limited cases across the country, restaurants have a restricted access policy for restrooms to ensure the well-being of our guests", the spokesperson told Global News. While in the act, the guest at the restaurant could hear her but the barrier behind the woman prevented them from witnessing the manic revolt.

As the matter escalated, they said, the employee contacted local authorities for assistance.

As the minute-long movie reveals, the woman entered the Tim Hortons restaurant and asked the employee to use the restroom.

In a statement to Daily Hive, the company said the safety of its employees "is always a top priority for us".

The case is being reviewed to see if charges will be laid by the B.C. Prosecution Service.
