Her boyfriend, Mark, told the gossip site that the pair were driving near a toll booth when a paparazzi photographer confronted them, trying to get a clear photo.

He claims a photographer swerved in front of them while trying to get a shot, as the driver mark then apparently had to avoid the pap's auto, which led to their vehicle colliding with a concrete barrier.

Samantha Grant, who shares a father with Meghan, is said to have been injured when a vehicle she was travelling in swerved to avoid an alleged paparazzi photographer and hit a concrete barrier.

Meghan Markle's half-sister Samantha has reportedly been hospitalised following an alleged confrontation with paparazzi in Florida.

Samantha has claimed she only lost contact with Meghan previous year.

It is understood Samantha hit the auto windscreen as a result of the collision and fell to the vehicle's floor mat.

Meghan's father may be in Windsor wearing a morning suit on Saturday or he may be in an operating theatre having heart surgery- who knows

Grant added: "She doesn't have a relationship with anyone in the family". "Staying in the hospital a few more days", he told TMZ after the procedure on Wednesday.

Samantha has been making headlines all week thanks to the photos she staged with her dad, Thomas Markle.

The images - which appeared to show a lonely Mr Markle browsing images of his daughter and Prince Harry in an internet cafe, lifting weights to get in shape for the wedding, and being fitted for a suit for the big day - have allegedly netted up to $180,000. As The Sun notes, Samantha has not received an invitation to the royal wedding on Saturday.

During the interview Ms Markle referenced the death of Princess Diana when she talked about panicked phone call she received from her dad while he was being followed by photographers.

Another TMZ article has revealed that Thomas Markle Sr. has made it through heart surgery. It will take a long time to heal.

Prince Harry and Markle are tying the knot on Saturday at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
