"The least they can do is speak English", he concluded before storming out.

Another video shows a man who appears to be Schlossberg chanting "Milo (Yiannopoulos)" at a protest previous year, and railing against "fake Jews". The lawyer may not like Spanish, but his web site claims he speaks it fluently. "The clients of your staff are speaking Spanish to customers, when they should be speaking English", the man said in the video.

New York City has a human rights law that protects against discrimination and harassment based on immigration status or national origin. I pay for their welfare, I pay for their ability to be here.

The grievance named the man as Aaron Schlossberg, a lawyer in midtown Manhattan, said Candace Person, a spokeswoman for Espaillat.

King said that numerous people reached out to him about Schlossberg's behavior of harassment.

Edward Suazo, who posted the video to Facebook, wrote that Schlossberg confronted him and his wife in a restaurant, and he called the attorney an "asshole".

The clip shows Aaron Schlossberg scolding two employees of a NY deli on Wednesday for communicating in Spanish during a lunch hour rush at the Fresh Kitchen restaurant on Madison Ave.

Schlossberg was identified as the perpetrator in the viral restaurant video in a formal complaint filed by two New York Democrats with the state court disciplinary system on Thursday. On Thursday, the company that operates the space, Corporate Suites, told the New York Post that the business had terminated its agreement with Schlossberg.

On Tuesday, Schlossberg's verbal assault was captured in a video that was widely shared and condemned on social media.

A group of pro-Trump counter-protester, including Schlossberg, clashed with protesters at a rally in New York City held by activist organization Hispanos En Los Esclavos Unidos, according to a video posted Wednesday. In response, Yelp is scrubbing these newer reviews because they were "motivated more by the news coverage itself than the reviewer's personal consumer experience with the business".

The administrator on the 14th floor of his Madison Avenue office would not comment about the incident Wednesday and asked a reporter to leave because it was private property. Check out the wild video of him running away from reporters below!
