Destiny 2: Warmind Brings New Maps, End-Game Content, & Ranked Play

Players can purchase Destiny 2 Expansion II: Warmind individually ($19.99), or as part of the Destiny 2 Expansion Pass ($34.99).

If you don't have Destiny 2 and want to catch up before the new expansions launch, you can grab it on Amazon. Now it seems that players will have to work together and form a fireteam to tackle these endgame strikes. Players will advance through waves of enemies and try to stop Kargen, the Technocrat, from doing evil deeds. Are you excited to play the new Warmind content?

This week, the crew is revisiting the 2017 blockbuster Destiny 2to celebrate the launch of Warmind, the game's second expansion.

If you're unfamiliar with the game, which is now available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, you can check out our review. It will have the guardians heading back to Mars to explore the thawing ice caps and take on the Hive army.

The Destiny 2 servers will be down today ahead of the Warmind update. What would you like to see added in a future update? With PvP being split between Valor and Glory ranks, rewards will be designated to each play type to provide more variety into the post-campaign content available. It will officially kick off Season 3 of Destiny 2. There's the new Rasputin storyline featuring Ana Bray, new gear and exotics, new strikes The Will of Thousands and Strange Terrain (plus Insight Terminus for PS4 players), new Meltdown and Solitude crucible maps, and endgame fun in Escalation Protocol. Also coming this weekend is a new Raid Lair called "Spire of Stars" which will offer new areas, a brand-new boss, and unique Raid rewards.
