The Queen - the world's longest-reigning living monarch - will be in the audience along with other members of the royal family.

The star-studded show that took place at the Royal Albert Hall featured artists from around the commonwealth such as Shaggy, Kylie Minogue, and Sir Tom Jones.

The Queen was joined in the Royal Box by Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall, Prince William, Prince Harry and his fiancee Meghan Markle. Fresh from wearing the most ideal floral Self-Portrait dress this morning at an Invictus Games reception, Markle attended the Queen's Birthday Party concert this evening, dressed flawlessly in a Stella McCartney cape dress.

The pair were photographed arriving at the event, billed as "The Queen's Birthday Party", which was held at Royal Albert Hall in London, England. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seemed to be delighted though, but maybe that's just the almost-married glow. She is expecting the couple's third child.

Prince Charles first address the Queen as "your majesty".

The performers sang songs from different eras.

Hyde Park, the Tower of London, and the town of Windsor staged honorary gun salutes to mark the special occasion.

The event is a break in tradition for the Queen who usually spends her birthday privately with little public celebration, although there were nationwide events to mark her 90th.

The Queen also has an "official" birthday in June, which is marked with a large parade of soldiers through central London, known as Trooping the Colour.

Last week, she attended the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, which brought together the leaders of 53 countries, including former British colonies.

"Your Majesty, Happy Birthday", said Harry, who will be president of the trust. The Queen gave them a bit of a wave to acknowledge them, but tutted and rolled her eyes when he switched to the less formal "Mummy".
