This could help to set up some of the actors for the remainder of their careers - for many of them Stranger Things may just be a launching pad, but there is no guarantee that it will end up being this way for everyone. A new report suggests that the streaming giant is giving major pay raises following a renegotiation ahead of the sci-fi show's highly-anticipated third season. Where they had been making about $20k per episode for the first two seasons, they now stand to make upwards of $250k for season three.

Big pay day: Noah Schnapp, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin will each get paid $250,000 per episode.

It is being said that the makers will be paying close to $350,000 to the adult stars per episode.

According to Deadline, Winona and David Harbour, who plays police chief Jim Hopper in the show, will be earning up to $350,000 per episode of the programme and are on the "A tier" of the cast.

The other series regulars Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, and Charlie Heaton will also get higher salaries around $100,000 to $150,000 per episode. It would be a leap to say that the young starlet is making the same money that the adults are, but it's presumed that she's making somewhere in the $300,000 per episode range. Numerous younger cast members were making about $20,000 per show previously, the outlet reported.

Millie Bobby Brown, considered the breakout from the first two seasons, is reportedly earning more than three boys.

Sure, these paydays seem pretty sweet, but they're even sweeter when you learn how much the stars made prior to these negotiations.

"We are leaning into it", Matt Duffer told Indie Wire.

In addition to the returning cast, the series has also added Maya Thurman-Hawke as a new lead along with Priah Ferguson who was introduced in Stranger Things 2 as Erica Sinclair - the younger sister of Lucas (Mclaughlin).

Though this is good news for the actors on the fan-favorite Netflix series, Stranger Things has recently been on the receiving end of some controversy. The cable network also recently inked new deals with the stars of Big Little Lies when it chose to bring the limited series back for a second season.
