How to watch the Oscar nominations live

After her appearance at the Sundance Film Festival for A Kid Like Jake, Priyanka Chopra is set to kick off the Academy Awards 2018 season with her part in the nomination video. Nominations for all 24 award categories will be announced in a two-part, live presentation from the Academy's Samuel Goldwyn Theater.

This year, the Oscar nomination list will be announced on January 23, Tuesday.

The Academy took to its Instagram page and shared some behind-the-scenes glimpses which revealed that few celebrities have been picked for the special occasion, which include our very own Desi girl. Tune in to the #OscarNoms announcement at 5:22am PT.' In the pictures, the "Baywatch" actress looked stylish as she starts shooting for the nominations.

If rumours are to be believed, she might present one of the awards at the main ceremony too.

Also joining Chopra with the announcements are Rebel Wilson, Rosario Dawson and Michelle Rodriguez.

It also helps that her show air on the same channel (ABC) that Academy Awards gets telecast. Jimmy Kimmel, who hosted last year's edition of the awards ceremony, has been retained to host this year's ceremony as well.

Almost every year, since Priyanka Chopra begin starring in her own global series, Quantico, we have seen her on the Academy Awards stage announcing the winners of different categories.

Priyanka, who is now attending the Sundance Film Festival, along with the cast of her second Hollywood venture, "A Kid Like Jake", made her first Oscars appearance in 2016.
