Alabama RB Bo Scarbrough leaving for NFL

Alabama Running Back Bo Scarbrough, who just finished his junior season with the Crimson Tide, has signed with a sports marketing company and is headed to the National Football League, according to a source.

Harris with most likely remain the lead rusher in 2018, however expect sophomore and former 5-star recruit running back Najee Harris to receive a large workload next season.

He finished his career with the Crimson Tide with 224 passes caught for 2,781 yards and 19 touchdowns.

"Having been thoroughly prepared for that next step", he wrote, "I am truly ready".

On Tuesday, Alabama coach Nick Saban said he met with seven potential early entrants to the draft about their decisions.

Ridley spent three years at Alabama, with his tenure culminating in his second national championship on Monday night.

Plus, Harris ran for 1,000 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2017 after gaining 1,040 yards and two scores in 2016.

With Ridley off to the NFL, Alabama will turn to a talented crop of freshman receivers, including Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs and DeVonta Smith, who caught the game-winning touchdown against Georgia. ranks is the No. 1 ranked wide receiver in the 2018 draft class.

Ridley caught a pass in each of the 44 games he played at Alabama, a streak that ranked No. 3 in the Football Bowl Subdivision.
