Celebrating at the Billboard Women In Music Awards, Selena Gomez, Camila Cabello, and Taraji P. Henson were just a few of the names to make a grand entrance at the Thursday night event!

Before Gomez made her acceptance speech, Raisa introduced her friend, filling in the crowd on some details about their friendship.

Selena appears to have reunited with another ex, Justin Bieber, since splitting from his fellow Canadian - the two former lovers have been spotted spending time together around Los Angeles in recent weeks and were spotted kissing at an ice hockey game on 15 November (17).

"I cherish people who have really impacted my life", Selena admitted, when asked why she let Justin back into her good graces after quite a bit of time apart.

"Accept the fact that there is room for everyone", she said.

"I feel incredibly lucky, honestly, I couldn't be more grateful for the position I've been given in my career".

"I want people to know I respect the platform that I have so deeply", Gomez said.

Explaining her decision, she said: '(Selena) goes, "I don't know what to do".

The singer continued by thanking her team and her family, who have stuck by her side after a topsy-turvy year during which she released four Top 40 hits and dealt with painful complications from lupus.

Francia gushed to Billboard Online: "I'm really honoured to do this for her tonight. And that's because I actually feel comfortable with every single woman that's encouraged me".

"I'm so grateful for the older women who have lifted all of us up because I couldn't be here without any of you", she added as she thanked the women who had come before her in the entertainment industry.

At the end of her heartfelt speech, Selena hinted more music in the future.
