OnePlus Introduces 5T Star Wars Edition In India

As per the reports, OnePlus announced the launch of a special Star Wars Limited Edition of the OnePlus 5T at the Bangalore Comic Con event. If you are following the tech world, HP also released a Star Wars branded Pavilion laptop. The lower bottom on the back sports a red Star Wars logo. As per our sources, the phone is expected to launch on December 16th, a day after Star Wars: The Last Jedi gets released.

This Star Wars Limited Edition product comes in a Stormtrooper colour scheme with an all-white back and an all-black front. The Chinese company has not revealed the launch data for this smartphone. Moreover, the traditional OnePlus logo will be housed below the fingerprint sensor.

Furthermore, the all-new OnePlus 5T Star Wars Edition might be exclusive to the Indian market itself. As far as the release of the device goes, the only concrete detail we have at this time is the "Coming Soon" image, that has sparked lots of excitement and interest among Fans of all ages. There were rumours of the OnePlus 5T Star Wars edition floating on the internet on 16 November.

The specifications will be same as in the standard OnePlus 5T with the integration of a 6.01-inch Optic AMOLED FHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. For camera buffs, the phone will offer a 16 MP + 20 MP dual rear camera. It is powered by a 2.45 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor with a 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage variant along with an 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage variant. The device is fuelled by 3300mAh non-removable battery.

From the posters, it is likely that the front of the OnePlus 5T special edition, the volume and power buttons retain the same black finish.
