Although United are all but mathematically through to the knockout stages of the Champions League for the first time in four years, there's still work to do with CSKA Moscow visiting the Old Trafford on Tuesday night.

In short, United are not going to suddenly deliver the worst defensive display in their history, but they will be keen to put this game to bed as early as possible before focusing on the massive Premier League clash against Manchester City just a few days later.

Porba will be eligible for Tuesday's Champions League match with CSKA Moscow and can return in the Premier League Dec. 23rd against Leicester City.

Mourinho says the 36-year-old striker isn't injured but is still needing to build-up the muscle around his knee and it therefore feeling a little worn out at the moment which is preventing him from playing. "He's working to have an opportunity and sooner or later that opportunity will arrive because he deserves that opportunity". He needs sometimes very hard work on the area that supports the knee that had the problem.

"When the period for that hard work comes, so does fatigue".

"All the other players that didn't play the last match, they are all still out". "But he's very happy to play and to try to keep his momentum because since he was back from injury, he's been phenomenal", Mourinho explained.

DINNER FOR ONE... David Ndjavera and Roya Diehl in 'Dinner for One' to be staged at the Cota Theatre School on 6 7 and 8 December at 19h30

He said: "Romero is the best because he plays and my goalkeeper is always best in the world".

Sergio Romero is set to start in goal ahead of David de Gea, whose heroics on Saturday contributed greatly to the win against Arsenal, while Joel Pereira will take a place on the bench as understudy.

"Now David is third best. I can only speak for myself but I think all the guys are only focused on tomorrow and after that we focus on the derby game".

And with that in mind, here is a potential XI for the meeting with the Russian side including Scott McTominay and Luke Shaw. We didn't qualify yet.

"He is selected for tomorrow for sure.to start or be on the bench, I can not answer".
