LG V30+ announced for India, will be available on December 18

LG V30+ inherits most of the features from its predecessor; LG V30, and comes with some more advanced features. It also supports wireless charging. The internal storage of the phone is 128GB which is expandable up to 2TB. The V30+ is LG's first true flagship phone, in a long time, to come with a curved OLED - called Full Vision by the company - display which is also HDR 10-ready.

LG V30 Plus comes with dual camera setup, it features a 16 Megapixel primary and 13 Megapixel secondary rear camera with dual tone LED flash, Laser Autofocus, EIS, PDAF and OIS 2.0. The secondary camera on the LG V30+ is a 5-Megapixel sensor with 90-degree wide-angle lens and f/2.2 aperture. The smartphone comes with a 6-inch 18:9 display with quad HD+ resolution of 2880x1440 pixels at a massive 538ppi pixel density.

The V30 is IP68 certified water and dust resistance and can be immersed in up to 1.5 meters of water for as long as 30 minutes without impacting its function.

Build-wise The V30+ comes with a glass build where both the front and back glasses are made from Gorilla Glass 5 sandwiched together by a metal frame.

The F1.6 aperture lens of the main camera captures more light for brighter-than-ever shots. The handset offers a 3,300mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The smartphone supports hybrid dual SIM support and has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor as well. LG will be announcing the price during the launch and the if priced in the 30k-35K range the device will potentially shape up as an alternative for OnePlus 5T. There's an always-on display feature and a 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC for immersive audio. It is also world's first smartphone to support MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) technology for streaming high-resolution audio. It has Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, along with USB Type-C 2.0 port that is compatible with USB 3.1 standard.

The LG V30+ will be available in Aurora Black and Silver Cloud.
