The Mega Man crossover content for Monster Hunter: World doesn't stop there.

Monster Hunter World, the new entry in the series launching next month on PC and consoles, is obviously going to come with PlayStation 4 Pro support. Simple - he assumes the role of the beloved companions; the Palico. Pre-loading has begun for the PlayStation Plus-exclusive Monster Hunter: World beta.

Familiar weapons from the Mega Man franchise will also be featured through inspiration, including the Charge Blade, Great Sword, Gunlance, and more seen in the video above.

It is also worth noting that beta participants will be able to receive rewards from completing the different quests included, and these items will remain useful once the full game is released, according to a recent post on the Capcom Unity blog.

Within the Beta, players will be able to take part in three different quests with three radically different monsters to hunt down.

The second area in the Beta is the Wildspire Waste, where you can take on the more hard Barroth creature, whose primary form of attack is slinging mud at the attacking players.

As a hunter of monsters, your adventure brings you to an uncharted continent where you'll face off with a variety of deadly predators, each more fearsome than the next.
