Tuesday mild. Wednesday rain then cooler. Despite the warmer temps, you'll probably need a jacket all day, given occasional 20+ miles per hour wind gusts.

Tonight will be mostly clear and cold, with lows in the mid to upper 30s.

Black Friday will be pleasant with sunshine with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s. This evening, clouds increase from the northwest as a weakening cold front nears.

It will be dry on Friday with a mostly to partly sunny sky. Our high temperatures on Sunday will be in the lower to mid 30s.

A stealthy cold front moved through today, and colder air is now building in behind the front. A shower or two may precede its passage later in the day, but Saturday will still probably be the better weekend day in terms of sunshine and temperatures. Highs should reach the mid-50s.

Overnight lows throughout the period will be in the mid- to low 50s, the weather service said.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 46.

Another drop in temperatures is expected today. Sunshine will mix in during the afternoon but temperatures will fall behind a cold front late Saturday night into Sunday with flurries expected.

Monday will also be a chilly and blustery day. Highs will be in the middle to upper 40s for southern New England with highs only reaching the upper 30s in Northern New England. There will be a lot more cloud cover but it shouldn't produce rain - other than perhaps a sprinkle in a few spots. Wednesday night the region will remain clear and lows will cool to the mid-30s to low 40s.
