The handset comes in two colour variants - Champagne Gold and Matte Black. The smartphone is nearly similar to its sibling Vivo V7 Plus which was launched in India back in September. The USP of the smartphone is its 24MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and Moonlight Glow feature.

The Vivo V7 will be priced at Rs 18,990 on Flipkart and interested users can start pre-booking the device from today and the first sale will be conducted on November 24. The Vivo V7 also belongs to the mid-level price segment and ship with a near bezel-less screen, meaning the phone is designed from grounds-up for multimedia consumption. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon SoC (model unspecified) clocked up to 1.8GHz, coupled with 4GB of RAM.

Vivo V7 sports a 16 megapixel rear camera with flash and an f/2.0 aperture. The Vivo V7 also offers a dedicated microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 256GB. The rear camera can record 1080p videos. The device runs on Android 7.1 Nougat atop FuntouchOS 3.2. The front camera also offers a Portrait mode and Face Unlock mode to unlock the locked smartphone.

- While Vivo phones are known for ridiculously high megapixel counts in their cameras, they're largely seen as an iPhone tip-off from the get-go.

Vivo V7 is finally here are we are not amused about the same. The V7 is packed with 3,000mAH battery compared to 3225mAh battery available on V7 Plus. It's due to the presence of a more compact 5.7-inch HD+ display. On the other hand, the V7 Plus features a 6-inch display panel. Furthermore, the display is covered by a 2.5D curved glass. It comes with various pre-book and exchange offers including no-cost EMI, cashback on all HDFC credit and debit cards, one-time free screen replacement, guaranteed buyback value and couple movie vouchers from BookMyShow.
