The University of Arkansas Quarterback was arrested in Washington County for DWI, according to the Washington County Sheriff's office.

Police reports indicate that Kelley was pulled over around 4 AM after an officer witnessed Kelley driving with his tires on the curb.

Kelley is expected to appear in Fayetteville District Court at 10:30 Monday morning.

Kelley didn't start against LSU, but had started the previous four games in the place of injured senior Austin Allen.

In a statement, Razorbacks coach Bret Bielema says he's aware of the incident involving Kelley and that the university is gathering information. "For however long the suspension is, through this week for sure, through Saturday, I think he's got to understand what life is like without football and also address all the other (legal) issues".

Kelley completed 3-of-10 passes for 36 yards and an interception in Saturday's loss at LSU as he entered the game midway through the fourth quarter. He redshirted that season, but has saw action in nine games this year, completing 87 of 151 for 1,038 yards and eight touchdowns to four interceptions. A year ago, h was second in the SEC in passing efficiency when he competed 61.1 percent of his passes. In his first action since the October 7 loss at South Carolina, Allen missed throws on a few potential big plays down the field.

"He's been pretty honest and up front with me all the way through", Bielema said. "That was the first time he had played in a long time, and obviously it was not exactly the easiest play to cue into". To me, as a quarterback, you're judged, it's pretty simple: you either win or we don't.
