Pink and Kelly Clarkson had one of the best performances at the 2017 American Music Awards on November 19, 2017 in Los Angeles.

"We needed the power of music to escape the news of the day", Foxx said. From hurricanes, wildfires, hate, hatred-fueled violence, 2017 was a year that tested our faith.

The two opened the show with a duet of R.E.M.'s "Everybody Hurts", dedicated to first responders who have rushed into some of the year's most horrific events, including floods, hurricanes and shootings. However, the legendary Diana Ross was given a lifetime achievement award, which former President Barack Obama rightfully noted was an overdue honor. "At these moments of crises, heroes emerge".

"TOGETHER we can unite as a people and as a nation".

The 2017 American Music Awards were aired live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. Pink and Kelly Clarkson are both music veterans and powerhouse vocalists, so obviously, this was a great performance. Each woman is respectively fantastic at singing in a way that really tugs at the heart, so together they just might ease all your worries with their song.

Pop singer Pink is well-known for her high-flying stage performances, where she often flies over her crowds or twists and twirls on long ribbons.

Demi Lovato-"Sorry Not Sorry" The singer put her Twitter trolls on blast in the beginning of her performance by showing their ugly messages.

Before the show, Clarkson hit the red carpet with her daughter and stepdaughter and revealed her first performance with Pink lived up to the hype.
