Chance Of Rain, Snow - Or Both - Monday, Weather Service Says

Highs will be in the mid 60s with a slight chance for rain.

For Monday, we will have the typical morning clouds then partly cloudy skies as we move through the day. North wind around 7 miles per hour.

The NWS says the low will be south of Long Island and developing along the frontal system's associated warm front. Light and variable wind becoming east around 6 miles per hour in the afternoon.

After the front passes Friday night, highs over next weekend will be back in the lower 70s!

Wednesday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 48 degrees, the weather service said.

Tuesday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 44. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 38.

Thursday and Friday look like they will be mostly sunny with highs warming to above normal in the mid/ upper 70s with southwest winds at 5-15 miles per hour.

A weak boundary passing through the region makes skies partly cloudy on Thursday and it is seasonable in the upper 50s and low 60s.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 45.

Today, we're looking at a small area of low pressure moving south of New England that will bring a some showers, especially later this afternoon and early this evening. Monday night will be cloudy with lows in the mid-50s. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. Sunday night will be mostly clear and in the upper 40s.
