Resident Evil 7 embodies the series' signature gameplay elements of exploration and tense atmosphere that first coined "survival horror" some twenty years ago; meanwhile, a complete refresh of gameplay systems simultaneously propels the survival horror experience to the next level.

Both of these DLCs will be available on December 12, 2017.

Capcom gave gamers a tough choice in the end of Resident Evil 7 Biohazard.

While the story of Ethan Winters' escape from the Baker estate wrapped up during the events of Resident Evil 7 biohazard, the upcoming End of Zoe DLC will reveal what happens to the Baker's daughter when her fate is intertwined with a mysterious outdoorsman named Joe.

Both DLC scenarios are releasing as standalone content on December 12, alongside the Resident Evil 7: biohazard Gold Edition, which includes the base game and all previous DLC's on top of the new scenarios. BSAA agents had tried to take on Lucas previously, but were unsuccessful and themselves became captives of the menacing trickster. If the Molded weren't enough, though, Chris is also pursued by Lucas Baker, the last surviving member of the Baker family.

As Capcom notes, these two Resident Evil 7 add-ons tie up loose ends.

In April, however, Resident Evil 7's director, producer, and executive producer, released a video announcing its delay, explaining that, "in the light of the incredible reception to the release of Resident Evil 7, we concluded that [Not a Hero] was not good enough to meet those high expectations".

End of Zoe will be included in Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Gold Edition or it will be available as an update for season pass holders.
