Pregnant Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge makes surprise appearance at Paddington station

The Duchess of Cambridge took on the title of "Dancing Queen" when she was caught on camera twirling with Paddington Bear on Monday morning.

For the occasion, Middleton donned a pale pink long-sleeve dress with black detailing and black pumps that subtly hugged her growing baby bump. Pregnant with a third child on the private and public life by violent symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum as during her two previous pregnancies, Kate Middleton seems to have well and truly finished with this delicate phase of the first quarter. The youngsters taking part have been selected by members of the Duke, Duchess and Prince's Charities Forum, with many going through hard times in their lives.

They were there to wave off a group of children who embarked on a day trip on board the vintage Belmond British Pullman train.

The Duchess was spun around by Paddington Bear.
